14th Annual Coconut Point Art Festival

Saturday & Sunday: Coconut Point will transform into an artists’ mecca during the 14th Annual Coconut Point Art Festival. Residents and visitors are invited to stroll amidst life-size sculptures, spectacular paintings, one-of-a-kind jewels, photography, ceramics and more from the 200+ exhibitors from 10 am to 5 pm both days. The FREE, prestigious showcase offers the chance to meet each artist and to discover the inspiration and process behind every original piece. Presented by Howard Alan Events (HAE), producer of the nation’s finest juried art shows, the Coconut Point Art Festival represents original artwork, handmade in America and selected by an independent panel of expert judges from hundreds of applicants. HAE’s careful vetting process also ensures a wide array of mediums and price ranges will be offered during the Festival.


Fossil Fest

Saturday: Come out to the Shell Factory & Nature Park from 9 am – 5 pm for Fossil Fest! Silent Auction, Grand Prize Raffle, Vendors & Fossil Dealers, Games & Prizes, Free Fossil Museum & Exhibits, Kids Dig, $1 Carousel Rides, Fun for the Whole Family! Live Music 4-7 pm


Open House @ Fenway South

Saturday: It’s that time again … time for Spring Training! Enjoy this FREE Open House and family fun day at JetBlue Park from 11 am – 3 pm. We will have inflatables, face painters, community corner groups, autograph sessions, and much more!


Edison Festival Classic Car Show

Sunday: Hundreds of classic vehicles line Edwards Drive for a day of nostalgia and pride in the annual Edison Festival Classic Car Show. Cruise in with your classic, browse others and meet the owners. Open to hot rods and classic cars.  From 10 am – 3 pm. This is a FREE, family event.


Sunday at the Movies Free Concert

Sunday: The Southwest Florida Concert Band, a 45 member community band, will perform a concert of memorable movie melodies that are certain to entertain all audiences. All concerts are FREE with donations accepted. It is a not to be missed performance from 2 – 3:30 pm at South Fort Myers High School of the newest concert band in Southwest Florida.
