Music Walk

Friday:  Enjoy great sounds during a casual evening in the Downtown Fort Myers River District! Music Walk is FREE to Attend.  Fun for the whole family!  Starts at 6 pm each month.  Music Walk is always the 3rd Friday of the month.


FGCU Motor Show 2020

Saturday: Auto Faction and FGCU Car Club bring together their third annual FGCU Motor Show. Car/Truck/Motorcycle show featuring our attractive Exotic Vehicle Display from 10 am – 2 pm. Fun for the whole family. It is FREE to attend for spectators. Vehicle Entry is a $25 Donation. Roll in time for Show Cars: 9:15 – 9:45 am. We have 25 Trophies this year. We have the Top 20 awards, FGCU Car Club’s pick Best in Show, Auto Faction’s pick Best in Show, Vice President’s pick Best in Show, Top Exotic, and Overall Best in Show. All show proceeds benefit the American Heart Association and the FGCU Car Club.


5th Annual Bacon Jam

Saturday: For Bacon Jam, each vendor must create at least 1 item with the main ingredient being BACON! Bacon Jam is a family-friendly event featuring live local musical entertainment along with plenty of food trucks and restaurants offering delicious food. We offer alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and a free kids area. This event is held annually in beautiful Centennial Park from 11 am to 6 pm. Come spend the day in the park with your family with great music and food. Admission is $10 for ages 3 and up.


Free Kids Archery Class

Saturday: Bring the kids out to Bass Pro Shops for their FREE Kids Archery Class from 11 am – 1 pm. The kids will fun in our archery range with skilled instructors. We have everything your child will need. We have different style bows, arrows, all safety equipment. You provide the kids.


Ford’s Factory Annual Art Show Opening

Saturday: Join Edison & Ford Winter Estates for the opening reception of a new art show in the historic Edison Caretakers House from 6 – 8 pm. Ehren Gerhard, Gallery Director at the Alliance for the Arts, is the guest judge and will award prizes for the winning artwork. Visitors can also vote in the “People’s Choice” category which will be announced at the conclusion of the show in May. Drinks and light snacks will be available. The evening will conclude with a demonstration of Ford’s most well-known product, the Model T. The cost for FREE for Edison Ford members; for non-members it is just $10 and includes a complimentary beer or soda.
