LCSO and FMPD catch local narcotics dealer

On December 6th, 2018, members of the Lee County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Unit and Special Operations Unit, along with the Fort Myers Police Department Gang Unit, executed a narcotics search warrant. The address was 3417 South Street in Fort Myers.


During the investigation, detectives conducted several purchases of narcotics from Jabari Hampton (DOB 11/20/2000). A search warrant was subsequently authored and obtained. This lead to the seizure of crack cocaine, powder cocaine, heroin, methamphetamine, marijuana, Oxycodone pills, MDMA (ecstasy) and two stolen firearms.

At the conclusion of the investigation, Jabari Hampton (DOB 11-20-2000) was charged with the sale of cocaine, possession of cocaine, trafficking in Opium and the possession of a controlled substance. The investigation also led to an additional arrest of  Theodoric Moran (DOB 01-12-1977) for the possession of cocaine.
