Art Walk

Friday:  A must do in the River District social scene is the monthly Art Walk. Always on the First Friday, visit the many exciting galleries, exhibitions, and performances. Free to the public with many venues featuring additional attractions and specials. Rain or shine, 6-10 pm.


Downtown Fort Myers Tree Lighting

Friday:  Outside the Sidney & Berne Davis Art Center, the Downtown tree lighting will take place at 7 pm. Enjoy holiday carols, pictures with Santa, festive treats and experience a bit of snow! This event is FREE to the public and will coincide with the Artisan Fair Art Walk and SBDAC Pop-Up Holiday Bazaar.


2nd Annual Bell Tower Tree Lighting

Friday:  Bell Tower Shops’ annual tree lighting features fun and entertainment for the whole family. There will be a bounce house, face painting, holiday-themed activities and appearances by Elsa and Olaf from the movie “Frozen.” Holiday horses from Endless Trails Stables also will be on-hand for photo opportunities. At 7 p.m., Santa Claus will arrive on a fire truck provided by South Trail Fire Department. The FREE event runs from 6 to 8 p.m. at Center Court in Bell Tower Shops. Santa will be available for a meet-and-greet and photo ops with children and families after the tree lighting.


28th Annual Christmas Keyboard Festival

Friday thru Sunday:  Join us at First Assembly of God for the 28th Annual Christmas Keyboard Festival, a musical celebration for the whole family featuring our 100-voice choir & orchestra, 4 grand pianos, the power-house vocals of VERITAS, and much more! Performances are Friday at 7 PM, Saturday and Sunday at 3 and 7 PM.  Doors will open one hour prior to each performance. Admission is FREE and tickets are not required; seating is first-come, first served. 


Movie Night Under the Stars

Saturday:  Southern Fresh Farms will be showing a movie under the stars: Dr. Suess How the Grinch Stole Christmas (Live version). Gates open at 6:00 pm then the movie starts at 6:30.  Admission is $1 per person. Food and beverages will be available for purchase. The movie will be shown on the lawn area, so be sure to bring chairs and a blanket. Space is limited and spots are first come, first serve.
