A Fort Myers home has sold for $7 million, a new record sale for the city.
Built on what was once a civil war plantation and home to Gen. Shaddelee, the contemporary-style Shaddelee Plantation was sold furnished. This became a record high sale for Fort Myers in the last 10 years.
The property sits on nearly an acre of riverfront land off McGregor Boulevard. It has more than 9,200 square feet under air of living space. Ted Stout, Realmark Realty broker, listed and sold the property. The buyers were represented by Aaron Wolf and Trae Zipper.
