Yappy Hour! Fall in Love with a Rescue!
Friday: Bell Tower Shops is partnering with the Gulf Coast Humane Society to host a Valentine’s Day-themed Yappy Hour block party from 6 to 8 p.m. at Center Court. Held on the second Friday of each month, Yappy Hour is the area’s largest pet-friendly social hour, providing an evening of fun for pet lovers and their four-legged friends. February’s theme is “Fall in Love with a Rescue,” and the event will feature a costume contest to name the most lovable duo. Owners and their pets are invited to dress up for a chance to win a gift card for a dog-friendly Bark on the Ark cruise, compliments of Pure Florida. An on-site $5 donation to the Gulf Coast Humane Society is requested per dog to enter. Live music will be presented by Ayla Lynn in Center Court, in addition to a bounce house, a sidewalk chalk station and lawn games for guests to enjoy. Cru will present the beer and wine for the evening, with all proceeds from beer purchases to be donated to the Gulf Coast Humane Society. Omaha Steaks will also present a “Doggone Good Deal” – $2 hot dogs and $1 water bottles with proceeds going to the Gulf Coast Humane Society. Throughout the event, visitors will have the chance to stop by dog-friendly sponsor stations and meet adoptable dogs from the Gulf Coast Humane Society.
Lovers Key Nautical Market and Boat Show
Friday – Sunday: The Lovers Key Nautical Market and Boat Show will be sponsored by The Friends of Lovers Key and the Rotary Club of Bonita Springs. The Nautical Market and Boat Show will feature nautical exhibitors selling arts, crafts, clothing, fishing and cruising equipment, and other items for the boating and Florida lifestyle, as well as boat dealers. Food will be served by Fitzgerald’s, ice cream by Royal Scoop, and there will be a Beer Garden sponsored by the Rotary Club of Bonita Springs. Suggested $5.00 donation to enter. Saturday: STEMtastic invites all children and their families to participate in this exciting day of discovery at the School District of Lee County. This event is free to the public. There will be over 125 exhibits to explore and food will be available for purchase.

Saturday: Looking for an evening of art and entertainment? SoCo Second Saturday has got you covered. Fort Myers Junior Fun Run
Sunday: Hundreds of young participants turn out to show their determination and pride. The Junior Fun Run is open to children in grades five and below. Grades 4 and 5 run a mile, 3rd graders run three-quarters of a mile, first and second graders run half a mile, kindergarten students run one-quarter mile, and students under 5 years old run 50-75 yards.
