Adriana Amaris, a senior at Fort Myers High School, has been selected as one of six recipients for the Take Stock in Children Leaders 4 Life Fellowship program.

Amaris will receive up to $10,000 in funding to be used towards educational costs and college-related expenses. Amaris is among several thousand high-school students currently enrolled in the statewide Take Stock in Children program.

Leaders 4 Life students are selected based on their demonstration of strong leadership skills, moral character, and academic achievements. The six selected students will be formally awarded the Fellowship during Take Stock in Children’s annual Leadership Summit in Tallahassee.

Take Stock in Children’s Leaders 4 Life Fellowship was created in partnership with the Asofsky Family Foundation. The program provides financial resources, services, and support needed to ensure student success throughout college. For more information, visit www.leeschoolfoundation.org.
